Telecalling/Telesales Role - BFS (0-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Credit card Sales
- Loan sales
- Insurance Sales (Fresher/Experienced)
Responsibilities :
- Promote and sell insurance products to potential customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues.
- Stay updated on insurance policies, regulations, and industry trends.
Requirements :
- For Fresher : A degree in B.Com or a commerce background is preferred.
- For Experienced : Previous experience in Credit card sales is preferred. Salary will be based on the last salary drawn with a hike.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of Credit card, loan and insurance products and services.
- Target-driven and result-oriented mindset.
Salary :
- For Fresher: Up to 15,000 INR per month.
- For Experienced: Salary will be based on the last salary drawn with a hike.
