- The incumbent would also be responsible for the following To generate appointment for appliances & amc by calling customers from data base provided
- Maintain the details in the prescribed formats -
- Coordinating with TL / BDM / Executives for conversion of the leads
- 6 months to 1 yr of experience as Customer Care or Telesales / Telemarketing
- Good English skills - Ability to Speak, Write & Read
