Telecalling/Telesales Role (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are currently seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or set up an appointment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers.
- Answer incoming calls from customers interested in our products/services.
- Provide information about products/services and answer customer queries.
- Keep accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
- Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
