Telecalling/Telesales Role (1-3 yrs)
Position;- Telecaller/ Telesales
Location- Borivali east
CTC-10k-15K (Negotiable)
- Candidates should possess decent verbal & written communication skills, Go-getter, smart worker, assertive, quick learner, passionate to grow .
- Should be able to sell products on call. Comfortable to make 20-40 calls per day.
- Grievances handling, managing emails queries, concerns raised by the customers.
- Follow ups, coordination etc.
- Should be well versed with email drafting, MS Office/Excel etc.
