Telecalling/Telesales Role (0-1 yrs)
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating sales and increasing revenue.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, prospecting, and customer referrals.
- Present and promote products or services to prospective customers over the phone.
- Engage in active listening to understand customer needs, answer their questions, and provide relevant information about the product or service being offered.
- Maintain a database of potential and existing customers, including accurate and up-to-date contact information and sales activities.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into paying customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate sales efforts and maximize results.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, product features, and competitor offerings to effectively communicate value propositions and differentiate the company's products or services.
- Document and report sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Adhere to company policies, sales scripts, and best practices to maintain professionalism and consistency in customer interactions.
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training, workshops, and self-development initiatives.
- Contribute to team meetings, share insights, and provide feedback to improve sales strategies and processes.
