Telecalling/Telesales Professional - Education (1-3 yrs)
- Cold calling to students
- Handling the student inquiries
- Counselling through Data Calling and prospective students walk ins
- Counselling prospective students and guiding them about the different courses offered
- Guide students for admission procedures
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective students & parents
- Pulling and filtering of profiles for technical interview
- Develop and maintain an advertising strategy specifically designed to attract more candidates
