Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound sales calls to potential leads to understand their requirements, focusing on scheduling demos for the sales team and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a crucial member of our team, you will directly contribute to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities :

1. Making outbound calls (at least 150-200 calls daily)

2. Generate sales leads

3. Follow up with incoming leads

4. Coordination with the sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion

5. Maintaining an accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.

6. Fixing appointments for the sales team.

Requirements :

1. Prior presales experience in a target-based environment

2. Excellent and effective communication in English & Hindi

3. Ability to meet daily targets given by Team Leader

4. Good convincing skills

5. Positive attitude with a target-oriented work approach

6. At least 1 year of support experience (Preferred)

7. Excellent communication skills

8. Good knowledge & experience with CRMs

9. Fluent in English & Hindi (Other languages known would be an added bonus)

Work Timings : Anytime between 10 AM to 10 PM
