Telecalling Role - IT (0-3 yrs)

The Job :
Your responsibilities will include :
- Calling property brokers to inform them about your new software application for property management.
- Following up with property brokers who have expressed interest in your software.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
- You are required to understand the customer's requirements and demands
- You are also required to write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 6 months experience within a Telesales role.
- You have working knowledge of Communication and negotiation
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
