Telecalling Role - International Voice Process - BPO (2-6 yrs)

Chennai/Bangalore Job Code: 306230

- A bachelor's or associate degree.

- 2 to 6 years' experience in the BPO industry (Non-Technical).


- Proficiency in Outbound Calling, Non-Technical Customer Support, and Outbound Sales.

- Experience in night shifts is a must.



- Proficient in both spoken and written English.


- Willingness to make 120 calls per day, including cold calling as a vital aspect of the job profile.

- Well-versed in using LinkedIn with a valid profile boasting a minimum of 50+ connections.


- Prior experience using a CRM system and the ability to elucidate the process flow.

- Demonstrated research on Photon offerings, capable of explaining during the interview process-a minimum benchmark.


- Identification and assessment of potential clients and scheduling meetings based on our key service areas.

- Highly motivated with the ability to meet targets and expectations set by the organization.


- Candidates should be open to working from either the Bangalore or Chennai office.

- Preferably candidates who can join immediately or within a timeframe of 15 to 20 days (approximately 3 weeks).
