Telecalling Role - Insurance (0-4 yrs)
- We are looking for the candidate with excellent communication skills and good computer literacy.
Job Responsibilities :
1. Outbound calls to insurances for claim status and eligibility verification
2. Calling the insurance carriers based on the appointment received by the clients
3. Calling insurance companies to get the status of the unpaid claims
4. Willing to work in any process pertaining to voice based on the requirement
Skills Required :
- Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer applications
- Excellent communication skills

Experience Range : Fresher or Experienced with International Voice process
