- Tele Caller required for telemarketing jobs in Domestic BPO for Domestic Calling
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and promote a team environment.
- TeleCalling Executives must be able to join immediately.
- Graduate/ Under Graduate fine.
Decent Computer Knowledge required
Salary: 15k in hand (Depending on the process)
Tele Caller Job Requirements:
- Assist customers via voice, email or chat.
- Handle queries and complaints of customers.
- Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency.
- Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
- Ability handle tough situation with customer.
- Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
- Maintains composure and patience with customers.
- Correctly follow and implement different quality standards/definition documents
Salary: INR 1,50,000 - 1,80,000 P.A.+ incentive
