- Opportunity within a company with a solid track record of performance

- We are hiring for a full-service business process outsourcing call center, focusing on inbound and outbound call center services, Data entry and data processing services, back office outsourcing services and business process outsourcing services as per the client requirements.

The Job Key responsibilities areas :

- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.

- Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.

- Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Candidate Key Competencies :

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Fintech industry.

- Experience covering Financial Services is strong plus.

- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
