Telecalling Role - BPO (0-2 yrs)

Job Description
- Answer incoming calls and dial out calls to sell our products, answer customer inquiries and questions.
Requirement:
Qualification: 2nd Puc or above
Experience: Minimum 6 months in BPO/ Call center. (Preferably Outbound/Inbound sales)
Languages: Good English + Hindi and any other regional language
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Offered: 8.5k to 15k CTC depending on candidate proficiency and the current take home.
Incentives: Incentives based on performance
Other Benefits: Free Hygiene Lunch provided
Shift: Day shift
Week Off- s: Sundays
Responsibilities
- Out call customers to sell our products
- Handle product inquiries both telephonically and by email. Document all conversations according to standard operating procedures
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Process sale orders
- Meet the SLA/Targets set by the management
