We are looking for an enthusiastic Telemarketer to generate sales either by Warm calling or by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential candidates to buy our products or services.

A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. We- re looking for an upbeat, motivated professional who gets inspired by the idea of commission checks. The ideal candidate will also be patient and cool-tempered to deal with aggressiveness and complaints.

The goal is to promote business growth by expanding the company's clientele and candidates.

Responsibilities : 

- Contact the potential warm leads and follow up with the sales process

- Create data and Cold call people using a retrieved data

- Contact individuals and businesses by telephone to promote products and services

- Answer incoming calls from prospective candidates

- Use scripts to provide information about product's features, prices etc. and present their benefits

- Ask pertinent questions to understand the candidate's requirements

- Set appointments with prospective candidates based on our team members schedules

- Record the Candidate's personal information accurately in a computer system

- Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company's reputation

- Go the - extra mile- to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

- Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements : 

- Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Proficient in English

- Good negotiation skills

- Persistent and results-oriented

- Patient and able to handle customer rejection

- Educational Qualification: Above 12th or Diploma holders

- Experience 0 to 2 years only

Salary : 

120000 to 300000
