Telecalling Role (0-1 yrs)
- Need to speak any one regional languages like Tamil, Telugu, kannada , Malayalam and Hindi.
- Making outbound calls on daily basis to the existing customers
- Discussing on any pending payments of the customer
- Follow up regarding the payments to be made
- Handling inbound and outbound calls to fix their issues, follow up on previous interactions, conduct surveys
- The ability to make good observations is also essential to the development of the other science process skills: communicating, classifying, measuring, inferring, and predicting
