Own the Welcome Call Process through outbound calls as per defined TATs and providing Customer service by managing assigned portfolio of customers through phone.

1. Take active referrals from the customers during the welcome calling process, resulting to cross sell

2. Customer complain redressals and completion of all service requests through insurers till closure as per defined timelines

3. Publish daily, weekly and monthly dashboards

4. One point contact for all inbound customer service deliveries / queries through concerned team members

5. Identify customers- needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

6. Make sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs.

7. Coordination with various departments and all related parties to drive closure of business.

8. Exceptional customer service and end to end relationship management.

9. Identify gaps in processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvements.

10. Demonstrate agility and flexibility to work on or support special projects as needed.

Whom are we looking for?

1. Minimum of 1 year of work experience in managing similar roles in an insurance company, or with an insurance intermediary.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening skills to achieve goals.

3. Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter.

4. Strong phone presence and experience in dialing dozens of calls per day

5. Ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations

6. Lateral thinking, Persistent and Persuasive/Influencing

7. Good networking skills and relationship management skills.

8. Proficient in English and Hindi languages.
