- Responsibilities:-

1. Outbound Calls : Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists.

2. Product/Service Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.

3. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering information and assessing their interest in our offerings.

4. Scripted Pitch : Follow a provided script to deliver a persuasive sales pitch and engage prospects in meaningful conversations.

5. Customer Engagement : Address questions, concerns, and objections professionally, aiming to convert leads into sales or appointments.

6. Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas.

7. Data Entry : Maintain accurate records of all calls, sales, and customer details in our CRM system.

8. Follow-Up : Make follow-up calls to nurture leads, schedule appointments, and ensure customer satisfaction.

9. Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

10. Feedback Reporting : Provide feedback on customer responses, objections, and market trends to improve sales strategies.

Requirements :

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Persuasive and goal-oriented with a strong sales aptitude.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good time management and organizational skills.

- Results-driven with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

- Adherence to ethical conduct in all customer interactions.
