Our client is looking for a Telecaller agent for its sister company Intellimindz , a leading Software training Institute

The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

- Generate leads to develop business from different sources.

- Supporting marketing activities through mailing and cold calling.

- Maintain reports and update the management on the status of all the prospects.

- Making outbound calls for generating leads.

- Ability to develop maintain positive working relationship with client.

- Follow up with incoming leads.

- Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization.

- Interacting with the customers and providing them the information about the company services.

Ideal Candidate :

Competencies / Skill Requirements :

- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.

- Good interpersonal skills.

- Should possess good listening skills and customer handling skills.

- Ability to handle pressure.

- Good MS Office knowledge.
