Position : Mid-Level to Senior

Experience : Min 4 years - 6 years
Timings : 10 AM - 7 PM IST & Day Shift (Monday - Saturday Expect 2nd & 4th Saturdays & Public Holidays)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1. It is essential to ensure that students receive comprehensive counseling and course information during phone conversations, with the aim of converting their inquiries into registrations.
2. Daily calls should be made to leads in order to convert potential leads into walk-in customers.
3. It is crucial to strictly adhere to company policies and meet monthly targets.
