The Job

As Telecaller, you will be managing and administering all real estate matters on behalf of the Company in order to provide employees with workspaces that foster a strong culture while optimising costs.

Your responsibilities will include :

- All aspects of lease management including identifying and negotiating new leases, renewals as well as terminations.

- Establishing strong best practices and SOPs and overseeing all aspects of facilities management.

- Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure maintenance is carried out in an efficient, timely and - cost-effective manner.

- Ensuring all facilities meet health and safety standards and comply with regulations.

- Planning, organising, executing and monitoring real estate development projects.

- Managing and maintaining excellent relationships with multiple stakeholders and ensuring all developments are compliant with regulations.

- Providing clients with research, analysis and advice on complex real estate issues.

- Building and maintaining a network of clients.

Ideal Candidate

- You have at least 1 year of experience including solid experience in a similar role within Real Estate.

- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
