Telecaller - Loan Process (0-4 yrs)
Experience- 0 to 1 year
Location- RGA Techpark, Sarjapur - Marathahalli Rd, Carmelaram, Bengaluru, Karnataka
What you will be doing:
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Regular follow ups on the process.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements.
What we seek:
- 0-1 year of experience working as a Tele caller.
- Lending experience is must.
- Any South Indian language (like Tamil, Kannada, Telugu) will be an add-on.
- Should know English and Hindi.
- Experience in digital loan journeys will be an add-on.
- Basic use of computers/laptops.

Monday to Friday
Note- Atleast 6-months of lending (Any) experience is a must.
