We are looking for Tele calling / Business Development associates with excellent communication skills and customer handling abilities.
- The profile involves calling potential students for overseas education opportunities in other countries.
- The major responsibility of a Tele caller is to provide quality information and quality service to students and ensure student admission into a foreign university through Global Degrees.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Initiating calls and engaging with potential students over the phone
- Understand the student's academic profile and influence them to visit our office for career counseling
- Schedule counseling appointments with the counseling team
- Documents collection
- Maintain active communication & customer relation
- Work from office only
