Telecaller - Healthcare (1-2 yrs)
Roles:
This role involves engaging with individuals inquiring about health care services, managing appointments, providing information on health check-up packages, and using healthcare-specific terminology effectively. The male candidate will operate during night shifts.
- The ideal candidates should possess the necessary background knowledge, skills, and experience to effectively communicate and assist individuals in a health care setting.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficient in handling customer queries and concerns.
- Maintains a calm and composed demeanour, especially in high-pressure situations.
Background and Expertise :
- Health care or Hospital background preferred.
- Proficiency in hospital OPD operations, appointment booking, and health check-up package details, and hospital terminology.
- Total work experience of 2-3 years in a relevant field.
