Responsibilities :

Outbound Calling : Initiate outbound calls to individuals interested in healthcare services, providing information and promoting our healthcare offerings.

Appointment Scheduling : Effectively schedule appointments for healthcare consultations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.

Customer Interaction : Build rapport with prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Database Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointment details, and any relevant information in the CRM system.

Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments, provide additional information, and address any post-scheduling queries.

Collaboration : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless appointment scheduling processes.
