Job Description :

- We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced Telecallers with a focus on Inbound Voice for our SHIELD Retentions process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in handling inbound voice calls, specifically in a retention-focused role.

Responsibilities :

- Handle inbound calls for the SHIELD Retentions process.

- Engage with customers effectively, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions to retain them.

- Ensure excellent communication and customer service throughout all interactions.

- Meet and exceed retention targets to contribute to the overall success of the process.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues efficiently.

- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a professional and positive demeanor.

Requirements :

- Graduate/Undergraduate with a minimum of 6 months of experience in Inbound Voice.

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role.

- Previous experience in a retention-focused telecalling process is highly desirable.

- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment.

- Candidates should be located in or willing to relocate to Ghansoli.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Compensation :

- Salary will be based on the candidate's last drawn package.

- Additional incentives based on performance.

- This is a permanent position, and the selected candidates will be responsible for handling the SHIELD Retentions process for Phone Pe.
