- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate details about different training programs.
- Keep accurate records of telephonic interactions, inquiries, and enrollment details using our CRM system.
- Follow up with potential students who have shown interest but haven't yet enrolled, and convert them into successful enrollments.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the effectiveness of promotional materials.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our training programs.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for potential students throughout the enrollment process.
