The Job :
You will be responsible for :
- Daily 120 - 150 calls for the workshop.
- Sending all the call recordings for quality purposes.
- Needs to update the required sheets related to calls
- Reporting to the senior assigned to you
Ideal Candidate :
- This is a 3-month part-time work-from-home internship.
- You need to have a laptop
- English is must
- 2 shifts are there - 10 am - 4 pm and 2 pm - 8 pm
