The Job

Our client seeking an experienced and motivated Female Telecaller with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales telecalling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase. The Telecaller will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.

- Present and explain our products/services to prospects.

- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information about products/services.

- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet overall goals.

Ideal Candidate

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

- Proven experience as a Telecaller in sales for at least 2 years.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

- High level of integrity and professionalism.

- Fluency in English is a plus in order to effectively liaise with the Stakeholders of the region.
