Telecaller/Customer Service/Customer Relationship Management Role (0-5 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
Surveys :
- Making outbound calls ( 60 to 70 each day) to consumers and conducting telephonic surveys in English, Hind & Marathi
- Convincing consumers to be part of survey /panellist
- Keying, compiling and translation of regional responses in English
- Evaluate, analyse customer interaction /data & compile survey summaries
Contest :
1. To provide complete backend & logistic support for contests conducted through various mediums
- Making outbound calls to winners for determination
- Follow up calls for id collection
- Id verification
- Communicating gratification dispatch status
- Coordinating with vendors
- Procuring prize receipt confirmations from winners
- Contest closure
CRM :
- Responding to consumer queries /feedback on emails received in English, Hindi ,Marathi
- Directing feedback /queries /insights to concerned teams for appropriate action/decision/understanding.
- Tagging each email basis content under various categories and updating consumer contact details.
- Compiling email feedback and generation of report
- Keeps up quality service by adhering to organization guidelines.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a tele-caller or other customer service role
- BA/BMS/BMM
- Exceptional knowledge of written and spoken English, Hindi & Marathi
- Good knowledge and experience in crm ,ppt and excel.
- Proven track record of successfully completion of targeted calls each day
- Ability to switch communication styles
- Fair knowledge of television content of all genres

- Proficient in communication and people skills

- Well versed with excel, power point etc
- Verbal & written communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi
- Outstanding convincing skills to convert consumers
