Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our healthcare team. As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, understand their healthcare needs, and efficiently book appointments with our healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to individuals interested in healthcare services, providing information and promoting our healthcare offerings.

- Appointment Scheduling: Effectively schedule appointments for healthcare consultations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the booking process.

- Customer Interaction: Build rapport with prospective clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointment details, and any relevant information in the CRM system.

- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments, provide additional information, and address any post-scheduling queries.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and seamless appointment scheduling processes.

Requirements:
