Seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Telecaller Executive for GST Suvidha Kendra . As a Telecaller Executive , you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. You will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our valued customers.
Position: Telecaller Executive
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Qualification: HSC or above
Experience: 0 to 4 years
Salary: Upto 18k CTC (15k - In hand)
Job Type: Work from Office
Job Timing: 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Job Days: Monday to Saturday

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English or Hindi

Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information
- Respond to customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a satisfactory resolution
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively answer customer questions
