We are Hiring BPO - Voice Process Associates

Qualification : Any #graduate

- English + Hindi, Malayalam, Marathi, Guajarati (All languages )

- 15k to 20k TH ( Minimum 6 months experienced candidates )

- English + Any language : 12k - 15k freshers or experienced candidates

- English + kannada : 12k TH freshers or experienced candidates

- Freshers, Freshers, Any Graduate + Min 6 months experience

Location : Bangalore

Salary : Starts From 12,000/- to 20,000/- TH per month

Note : Excellent #communication skills we required.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.

- Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by your team.

- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.

- Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales.

- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.

- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these.

- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.

- Superior product knowledge.

- A team player with leadership skills.

- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
