Telecaller - BPO (0-1 yrs)
- You will be responsible for generating prospective sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Tele caller to Handle customer queries and obtain information from the clients appropriately
- Generate quality appointments from the provided database and enter and update customer information in the database
- The candidate should have strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Specific qualifications for the role include.
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability and desire to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Strong computer skills & Good typing speed is preferred.
