Brief Job Description :
A Tele caller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and will be responsible for generating walk-ins.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Explaining the product features to prospective students
- Fixing appointment for further counseling
- Calling on leads generated through different sources
- Generating Walk-ins
- Outbound calling
- Cold calling for lead generation
Skills Required :
- Good Communication and coordination skills
- Should be target oriented, focused, proactive and keen Learner
- Excellent computer knowledge
- Experience in the field of education is an add on.
Education Requirements :
- High school or equivalent
Salary - 12000-15000 PM + (Target Incentive)
