Telecaller - Animation Business (1-2 yrs)
We need 10 tele callers for Hyderabad Location - Tamil Callers.
Experience remains the same as Telugu telesales.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Engage with the potential and existing customers to inform about the product or services offered
- Assess the needs and requirements of customer
- Handle the grievances of the customer and offer advice to resolve them
- Keep records of the sales phone calls and note useful information
- Pitch the services directly to the potential customers
- Store and update the customer information in the database
