3. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients, which may include students, professionals, or individuals seeking career advice.
- Introduce career counseling services and explain their benefits.
- Listen to clients' career-related concerns and questions and provide initial information and guidance.
- Qualify and assess the client& needs and motivations for career counseling.
- Schedule appointments with career counselors and follow up to confirm appointments.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the career counseling team to ensure a smooth transition for clients.
4. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Patience, active listening, and empathy when interacting with clients.
- Knowledge of the career counseling services offered by the organization.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining call records.
5. Working Conditions: Typically, in an Office. Working hours may vary, including evenings and weekends. to accommodate clients & availability. Mostly 9am to 5pm.
6. Salary: Salaries can vary widely, depending on factors like location and organization. Entry-level tele callers may earn around Rs.18,000 to Rs.23,000 per month, with potential for performance based. bonuses.
