Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer outreach team. Your role will involve making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products or services, and nurturing relationships to drive sales and achieve business goals. You will be the first point of contact for many customers, and your ability to engage effectively and build rapport over the phone will contribute significantly to our success.

Responsibilities :

1. Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database or leads.

2. Introduce and explain our products or services, highlighting their features and benefits.

3. Listen to customer needs, answer their questions, and provide accurate information.

4. Follow a script or guidelines to ensure consistent and effective communication.

5. Identify and qualify leads, passing on relevant information to the sales team for further action.

6. Maintain a detailed record of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.

7. Provide assistance and support to customers with inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.

8. Collaborate with the sales team to align efforts and provide regular updates on lead progression.

9. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the team lead or manager.

10. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge, communication skills, and sales techniques.

Qualifications :

1. Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone.

2. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish a positive connection with potential customers.

3. Patience and empathy to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.

4. Goal-oriented mindset and a desire to achieve and exceed targets.

5. Basic computer skills to enter call details into the CRM system.

6. Ability to follow scripts and guidelines while also adapting to various customer responses.

7. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle call volumes and maintain records.

8. Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
