Job Profile - Tele-callers (Outbound)
Location: Kandivali, Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 year
Responsibilities: Lead Generation II Cold Calling
- Develop and sustain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
- Accurately record details of customer's purchase orders and process customer purchases
- Gain comprehensive product knowledge to enhance performance
- Refer customer requests/complaints to designated departments and follow-up to ensure action has been taken
Salary :
Ans. You can expect a minimum salary of 15,000 INR and can go up to 25,000 INR. The salary offered will depend on your skills, experience and performance in the interview.

The candidate should have completed Graduate degree and people who have 0 to 31 years are eligible to apply for this job.
