The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Experience handling operations with various team chatbots, inbound & outbound #Handling sales queries regarding our products and upselling.
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients.
- Update customer information in the customer service database in CRM
- Gathering feedback and translating them back to the team.
- Managing Process team floor plan for day-to-day work & targets.
- Optimize team performance & process to meet defined sales targets for team & individual.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- More than 2 years of experience in Sales operations.
- Excellent customer service, leadership, and selling skills.
- Process Management skills.
- Team Handling
- Persuasive typing skills & written communication experience.
- Empathy, adaptability, Self-control, taking responsibility.
- Customer-first attitude.
- Soft Skills
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, social media, Robotics, and Artificial Intelligence is value add.
CTC: As per company norms.
Shift Timings: Mon to Sat; 10 AM - 7 PM (Work From Office Only)
