Marathi - Tele caller

Marathi Tele Caller is required at the contact center of Apollo Tyres.

Tele Caller will need to resolve customer queries on an inbound and outbound process.

KRA's:

- To manage a large amount of incoming calls and customer service inquiries.

- To handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time.

- To take follow-ups to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions in CRM.

- Identifying and assessing customers- needs to achieve satisfaction

- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Candidate must have:

- Must be good in personality, attentive, smart & energetic. Academics must be min 60% throughout.

- Must have experience in inbound +Outbound calls.

- Must have fluent Marathi, English and Hindi comm skills.

- Must have worked for some premier desk/process.

- Fresher or Experience(0 to 3 years)with good command over marathi & english can apply.

- Candidate must be fluent in Marathi and English

- Candidate must be ready to join and work from office immediately.

- Interviews will be conducted remotely, either telephonically or via video chat.

- Cabs or pick/drop service is not provided by company.

- Company is operation from office, so candidate must be comfortable joining and working at office.

- It is 6 Working days job role.

- 9 Hours Shift

- Sunday fixed off.

- No cabs & meal facility.
