Job Description :

- As a Telemarketer at Alorica, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of promoting our products or services.

- Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads, set appointments, and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business.

- Key Responsibilities :

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers following a provided script

2. Communicate product or service information effectively to potential clients.

3. Identify and qualify sales opportunities through active listening and probing questions.

4. Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in the database

.5. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve team goals.

7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and feedback sessions.
