Telecaller (0-2 yrs)

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers in order to introduce our range of products/services and generate interest.
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening, and subsequently pass them to the sales team.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.
- Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of our products/services to potential customers.
- Present sales pitches in a persuasive manner, handling objections, and guiding customers through the purchase process.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure a streamlined customer experience and efficient lead handoff.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions, inquiries, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Schedule appointments for field sales representatives, coordinating schedules and follow-ups.
- Gather valuable customer feedback, addressing concerns, and reporting insights to relevant departments.
- Strive to achieve and exceed set targets, contributing to overall team and company goals.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and ethical standards while conducting all customer interactions.
- Continuously stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- Assist customers in resolving issues, concerns, or complaints, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage time effectively to balance call volume, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Any qualification, graduates or undergraduates or 12th pass and looking to start their career with a new startup
- Must be good with reading and speaking 2 languages, Gujarati and Hindi
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone etiquette.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.
- Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor responses accordingly.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems for accurate data entry.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing sales strategies and customer dynamics.
- Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus.
- India Day shift
- Sundays would be off
