Job Responsibilities :

- Enthusiastic professionals with good communication skills in local language and English.

- Should be able to present the service in a structured professional way.

- Should be able to maintain and develop relationships with existing/New donors via telephone calls.

- Should be confident & should have excellent interpersonal skills.

- Make telephone calls to prospective donors.

- Should be able to make desired number of calls, both Cold calls and Warm calls as per target.

- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.

- Maintain confidentiality.

- Use organization script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct calls.

- Record details of opportunities and lead notes

- Should be able to work with a Team.

- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
