Tele-Marketing Role (6-8 yrs)

We are looking for a Business Head to build & lead the Channel Partner business of Alibaba.com at Navus IT Services. The will require you to set-up the business from scratch and take complete ownership of the P&L of the business.

1. Hire the initial core team of Sales (Tele-Sales + Fos) + Service team

2. Act as SPOC with the Alibaba team and ensure smooth communication and daily operations

3. Responsible to get the team properly trained and updated on all features and policies of Alibaba business, from time to time

4. Make & execute plans to achieve Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Sales (New customer acquisition) & Renewal Targets (Existing customer retention)

5. In-charge of the business expansion in new markets across India

6. Develop & implement strategy to drive the bottom line and increase profitability

7. Will manage the marketing budget, drive promotional offers & discounts, build Marketing Strategy and overall ROI optimization.

8. Will formulate and develop the sales plan to monitor the MoM, QoQ & YoY growth and conduct periodic sales review.

9. Develop working relationships with other organizations- within the business community and with all major partners.

10. Manage internal relationships with multiple PoCs across technology development, payments, coordination, content development, marketing, etc.

11. Personally and officially represent the company to the business community during all external meetings or events

12. Prepare and present annual, quarterly and monthly vertical budgets in discussion with the top leadership

13. Will monitor the team performance, guiding and mentoring to get the best out of them.

Professional and Personal Attributes:

- 5+ years of Sales & Marketing Experience, preferably in an Ecommerce Organization or in a / B2B Sales role

- Expertise with acquisition and onboarding of Online Sellers, exposure to high ticket subscription sales and comfort in leading a role with Sales & Revenue Targets

- Has a Hands-on approach, willing to roll-up his/her sleeves and not shy to get hands dirty by making Cold-Calls, write introductory emails etc to reach out to prospects in the initial stages and build a lead pipeline

- 3+ years of experience in hiring, training & managing team members with a wide variety of roles including sales, marketing, account management, operations etc

- Positive, initiative driven and passionate about ecommerce

- Result oriented, entrepreneurial, self-motivated, ambitious and flexible

- Excellent communication and presentation skills - particularly in English and Hindi and 1 regional language preferably

Other aspects:

- Reporting to Founder / CEO

- Role is based out of Faridabad

- Mostly working out of office but will require travel (individually & with the team) to locations of prospective customers to close deals (locally and across India)- once travel opens up

- It's an opportunity to drive a separate business altogether within the organization in a high visibility role

Mandatory Requirement:

1. Exposure to B2B SME's of India, preferably in the exports segment.

2. Experience with onboarding e-commerce suppliers, Solution selling, Subscription selling, High tickets sales etc.

3. Willing to do Lead Generation via Digital mediums- Google, Facebook, Linked In etc.

4. Comfortable in making cold calls, sending emails to prospects.

5. Skilled at making online presentations using Zoom, Google meet, MS teams etc.

6. Expertise at closing prospects by fixing F2F meetings and travelling to client's location if & when required.

7. Experience with any CRM tools/ Applications will be on added advantage.
