Our Client's company started in the mid of casual chit chat between two friends over phone, discussing about the difficulties of a company in hiring a marketing team to optimize its digital presence.
The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and require

Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Public Relations within Telecommunications industry.
- You have strong media relationships across this space and a proven track record of executing successful public relations campaigns.
- Experience within Internal Communications, would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
