Job Overview :
- We are interested in hiring a dedicated individual as a Telecaller to join our Recruitment Department.
- Your main goal is to boost our recruitments by reaching out to the potential candidates. As a Telecaller, you are responsible for handling a part of recruitment (i.e., Calling potentials hires and explain them about the job description/roles and responsibilities, explain things clearly, make them understand and give them the online assessment.)
- As an ideal candidate, you should be an excellent communicator along with convincing abilities. Great communication skill, amazing negotiation skills, and phenomenal telephone etiquette are essential for this position.

- Call candidates and explain them the job description of role offered by the company.
- Follow-up (if required) candidates using scripts.
- Obtaining candidates interest and give them online assessment.
- Process the candidate who have cleared the assessment to recruiter.
- Maintaining the database of the candidates on a regular basis.
- Provide consistent suggestion on process improvement.
- Work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Professional certification in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
