We are hiring! Tek Yantra Inc. is seeking a talented, experienced, and driven Sales associate to join our team to assist with sales and marketing, as well as a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Job Description :


Responsibilities :


- Prospect, qualify and close new business opportunities through a consultative sales process.


- Manage and grow a pipeline of potential customers, leveraging a variety of sales tools and techniques. Generate new leads and prospects through various channels such as cold-calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.


- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and drive adoption


- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategy.


- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers


- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis


- Must be resilient and excel in a fast-paced, high-energy, entrepreneurial environment.


- Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives / C-Level


- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives


- Quickly develop situational understanding and fluency on Tek Yantra offerings


Requirements :


- 1-2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role Strong understanding of SaaS(Preferred) and cloud-based solutions


- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not needed.


- Strong organizational and time-management skills


- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software


- Excellent oral and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills


- Excellent attention to detail


- Be a strong sales hunter, maintain and foster longstanding client relationships


- Qualified applicants must demonstrate a consistent ability to exceed sales targets
