Desired Profile :

The incumbent will be responsible for enabling successful products/software solutions for the customers in the following areas.

Sales Objectives : 

- Developing & Identifying prospect customers in the International market primarily US/Europe/APAC region

- Competent is closing of multi-million dollars in business opportunities within existing and new customers across the U.S /Europe/APAC region

- Understanding customer needs through market research and pitch the prospective ones to bridge the needs for IT solutions & products

- Ensuring Sales Revenue closures by Cold calling, Emails or Video Conferencing

- Design marketing strategies for strategic account to meet the revenue & organizational goals

- Identify Areas of Improvements & Introduce new sales processes that drive sales outcomes

- Building new sales initiatives & achieving the targets with ROI and exploring marketing option for pipeline

- Updated with the trending market behavior amongst the competitors activity in terms of IT solutions and Products and thus assisting in new product development or customizations & innovation by rationalizing the need of the market

- Proven track record of developing businesses & managing Enterprise accounts in B2B global environment

- Proficient is developing new clients/ markets, thereby expanding the customer base

- Excellent communication skills, hustler with strong networking skills to connect with CXO level and win the trust & business

- Manage, mentor & guide the sales team towards organizational goals

- Creating Annual sales forecast & sales planning for the organization & defining individual and sales team targets quarterly & annually

- Strong grip on bespoke development, T&M based projects

- Proven experience of large deal closure extremely important

- Technology understanding must

- Will have to demonstrate successful outcomes to team. Will own individual targets as well in addition to owning team's target

- Experience of leading 5-6 member experienced sales team.

- His reporting will be to MD
