Roles and Responsibilities :
- Strong knowledge of the Women's Ethnic wear market
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability
- Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to execution, including product selection, pricing, and promotion
- Collaborate with design and production teams to create compelling merchandise assortments
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to identify opportunities and risks
- Monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms
- Ensure merchandise displays are visually appealing and meet brand standards
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to recommend improvements
- Supervise and train junior merchandising staff
