TEG Analytics - Sales Operations Specialist (2-4 yrs)

The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting all stages and processes of the sales cycle as a key member of the TEG Analytics team. This position will be essential to the sales activities, communications, and deliverables between the Sales team and potential clients. This role will execute the sales operations activities; sales proposals, quotes & contracts, sales processing & financial reconciliation, and RFPs. They may hold responsibility for maintaining, updating or reporting on various aspects of the sales cycle. They will maintain effective communications with internal stakeholders ensure proper execution to the needs of the Sales team and provide outstanding customer support to internal and external customers.

Core Responsibilities:

- Assist Sales organization in processing software subscriptions and professional services agreements

- Support sales team with finalizing appropriate sales documentation; proposals, Statements of Work, invoices, and contracts

- Engaging & activating key internal departments for supporting the sales process

- Maintain CRM with key artifacts during the sales cycle

- Manage and evaluate data to determine effectiveness of products, campaigns, and channels

- Work closely with Client Success, Product Engineering, Corporate Marketing, Finance and other cross functional areas to support the sales team's success

- Work with sales teams to generate key target opportunities

- Facilitate performance & financial reporting on sales related activities through CRM and other reporting mechanisms

- Support other sales efforts as assigned

- Other core expectations as defined and requested by your direct supervisor/manager and sales leadership

- Competency with CRM software adoption, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications

- Ability to respond and react to internal and external customers

- Effectively execute and obtain desired results

- Clearly communicate & set expectations to internal and external clients

- Proper time management and an ability to balance simultaneous projects, evaluate workload and prioritize tasks

- Demonstrates highest level of organizational skills with and while focusing on minor details

- Demonstrates a sense of urgency to attain and exceed desired results

- Demonstrate a cooperative and collaborative spirit to achieve shared goals across internal teams

- Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem solving skills

- Ability to define and articulate needs for process improvements

- Show efficient resourcefulness when approaching challenging tasks and complete secondary research to resolve challenges

- Other core competencies will be defined by your direct supervisor/manager

- Ability to self-motivate and work autonomously with minimal oversight

Experience/Education:

- Bachelor's degree in a business-related function from a top tier university

- MBA preferred

- 2-3 years of business experience

- Technology or software experience preferred

- Preferred experience with sales teams, sales partners or b2b customers
